General

By placing an order through www.carolinascomfort.com, you agree to the following terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Products

All items are handmade and may have slight variations in size. Colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person. Product descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible but are not guarantees of exact appearance.

Orders & Payment

All prices are in USD. Sales tax is applied where required by law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory limitations. Custom orders are non-cancellable once production begins.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment. Flat-rate shipping is $5. Free shipping on orders of $60 or more.

Exchanges & Defects

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to exchange unused, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in original condition to qualify for exchange. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Care & Liability

Care instructions are provided with each product. All items are 100% cotton and machine washable using a gentle cycle and cold water. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use or care. Our products are not toys and should be used with pets under supervision as appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including photos, text, logos, and designs, is owned by Carolinas Comfort and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
